About ten minutes. A person reads every application. There are more volunteers than open cases, so most people wait a while and some are never matched to a team — the training and resources are open to you either way.

Where you are

Cases are worked from records and from the places they happened. Knowing roughly where you are is the single thing that most affects whether a case finds you.
